Our teams are equipped with the necessary tools for welding and installation. We use only professional-grade equipment from Kemppi for welding, ensuring the highest quality welds. Each team is led by an experienced foreman who speaks either English or Finnish.
All our welders are certified and hold a full set of welding certificates for the main welding methods for different materials. Our professional installers can independently plan and execute lifting and subsequent installation of any complexity, strictly following safety regulations and work procedures.
Currently, our team consists of over 40 people. The majority of our specialists have been working together for a long time and come from Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Additionally, we recruit new employees from Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia. All employees undergo a rigorous selection process, where both professional and personal qualities are assessed by our experts.
